Firewall:

By default Windows block all incoming connections to your computer.
In order to access the web app from other devices, start ELM with the "run as administrator" option (right-click on ELM icon to see the option).
Then go in the settings menu and under the Project tab, click on the FIREWALL button. This will configure your firewall for you.

Enabling Remote Control in ELM:

- Start ELM
- Go in the settings menu
- Go in the Remote tab and then under the HTTP tab
- Turn on the switch
- If prompted for security access questions, answer yes in order for ELM to be able to start the web server

Accessing the web app from your device:

- Open a web browser like Chrome or Safari
- Type the Url as shown in ELM. It should be http:// and then the ELM computer's name followed by /elm. For example, http://computer-453/elm. Alternatively, you can use the ELM computer's IP address instead of the computer's name.
